Returns and Exchange Policy

We work very hard to provide our customers with the latest fashion at great quality and prices. If you did not like the fit, colour or design of your shoe, you can simply return/exchange the product within 7 days of delivery. Please follow the following 3 steps:
Step 1: Initiate a return/exchange request
To initiate your return/exchange request, please fill up the return request form at the link mentioned:

Step 2: TopCrop  arranges for the pickup of product from your doorstep

There are two ways that the product can come back to us.

i)  Reverse pick up from your shipping address: Our reverse pick-up facility is currently available only in selected pincodes. If your address falls among the pincodes mentioned in this sheet: , then your address is applicable for a reverse pickup. In that case, a delivery person from our courier partner will come to your location to collect the shipment. 


ii) Self-ship: In case your pin code is not present in the sheet referenced above, you will have to self-ship the product(s) back to us, to reach our Returns Department. The amount will be credited to your back account. The same is subject to your returns being inspected and quality checked on receipt in our warehouse

Step 3: Refunds or Exchange

Once the product is picked up from your place by our courier partner, we will refund the amount in the form of store credit within 5 working days. This store credit can be used for any future purchases. 

In case of a size related exchange, we will send the same design in the size as per customer requirement. Standard shipping policy will apply in such cases. 

Few points to remember when returning:

  1. Returns request needs to be within 7 days of the delivery of product
  2. All returned items must be unused for hygiene reasons, and returned with original packaging and tags in place.
  3. In case you receive a damaged/defective product, the company should be notified within 24 hours of receipt. We might request you to share snapshot at
  4. If you choose to self-ship the products, they should be dispatched within 48 hours of the return request being raised.
  5. Please make sure that the returned items are packed securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. For all self-shipped returns, please use a reliable courier service.
  6. TopCrop will provide free returns one time. For consequent times, the customer will have to bear the logistics cost for pickup and delivery of Rs. 200 per shipment.
  7. In case of refund for COD shipment, COD charges will not be refunded to the customer.

Sale items (if applicable)

For exchange of any product brought during special sale offers, customer is eligible for exchange within 7 days of receiving the product. Also, the customer will have to bear shipping cost for the exchange which shall be Rs. 150/-

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

      TopCrop Shoe Size Guide

      There is no such thing as a standard Indian Size! It's sad but true. 

      So what this means is that an "Indian 6" is neither European 36, nor 37 nor 38. An Indian 38 is not equivalent to a European 38. In order to get your size right, please make sure that you know either your Bata/US/UK/European size or measure your feet (we prefer this!) and map it according to the table below. 

      You may find one of your feet larger than the other. Don't worry - that's quite normal! Please use the larger size while making the selection
